I don’t understand starting Lee every day. If we’re trying out youngsters because we’re rebuilding, move the lineup around so that Bourgeois gets more playing time, too. I’ve read that Bogey’s played some first, try him out there. If we’re trying to put the best lineup out there (even though we’re clearly in rebuilding mode), Lee still isn’t necessarily the best option considering his numbers this year. I’m glad Bogey, Martinez, and Schafer are all playing, but seriously, why does Lee have to be in the starting lineup every game?
Follow the money sean. The front office has to play him close to everyday with that salary. That’s just how it works.
Yeah, that’s what I’ve been hearing. It just doesn’t make sense to me. The way he’s (not) producing, it’s a waste of money either way. Except, with him on the bench, we would get to see the rook’s with more ab’s
